Education denied

To those of you in Macomb County who on 11-8-11 voted down a millage for Special Education Funds, or didn't bother to vote to support it. May you or your loved ones never be blessed with the need to use these kind of funds. Is it 'God helps those in need' as long as I don't have to chip in??..........marge
