Irreparable. Firm and absolute.

 The damage is so profound that the best of the best Doctors cannot help Donald Trump.  His father wiped out any ability to cognitively be aware of hurtfulness, sadness, joy, or the ability to feel any of these toward another human being.  He just can't. Wishful thinking and hope are not applicable here.  What his father did to his brain has been permanently engrained forever.  Humanness is not there for now or forever.  This makes it so much harder (impossible) for anyone in government to communicate with Trump or participate in the running of our government. It is a dangerous path we are on.  I've come to the conclusion that his losing the  Presidential election is our only hope.  This is not a game, it is a battle for the survival of the United States.  Truly, it is.................marge
