I would feel so proud

I watch and listen to the parades of our and our allies soldiers and law enforcement people and how they salute with great pride.  I've always wanted to 'salute'.  I haven't earned the right and that saddens me.  I feel their pride  but I miss the privilege of saluting..............marge

One person. So many dead

How do we and can we, stop this crazed madness?  Mentally deranged, ill, 'mad' sick men and any other 'name' one can think of for these killers.  And yes.  They seem to be men or (boys) if you will.
The whole world is one big bloodbath and now, here in the United States also.  Did not Sandy Hook give us a clue?  When will  the NRA and many many others comprehend that the Second Amendment to the Constitution did NOT mean for people like this latest killer to have and use these weapons at will or even be able to get them without a problem?  They got them from someone or some group.  It shouldn't be too hard to figure out who these 'groups' are should it?  And why can't we go after them and stop them.  Let's do something, anything.  Do these providers feel no guilt, shame?  That in itself shocks me.  We must decide and now.  No more massacres in the name of all that's Holy.  Please.................marge

Murdered child yet again in Michigan

I just got up.  I've seen no TV or listened to the radio.  I did receive a call telling me that the body of the kidnapped child may have been found.  Children are murdered in their homes, their front yards and taken from  in front of their local corner stores and murdered.  There are no more safe havens here.  None.  No safe place to raise our children.  This we thought, was a nice and yes safe midwestern state called Michigan.  A good place to be and raise a family.  Not anymore.  We will go down in the history of Michigan as the  'No safe child State'.  We all are becoming paranoid about young people and babies safety and justly so.  And the worst?  We don't even know what to do, or how to do it.  Sad and frustrating beyond belief.......................................marge

Transgenders

Apparently its not alright to donate your long hair for those children with cancer and then go to a public bathroom.  One woman found this out by a finger pointing accusing customer in a chain store.  Oh my.  And she wasn't even an 'OFFICIAL FINGER POINTER'.   Dear dear.  What do we do with these self appointed 'GOOD PEOPLE'?  Is this what their Ministers/Pastors have taught them?  I have short hair and don't wear makeup.  Am I next on the list of self appointed 'GOOD  PEOPLE'?  I suppose I, if approached by one of them, could quickly strip from the waist up but I have a feeling that would get me arrested.  You are not only phobic but your uninformed, uneducated, narrow mindedness is showing through.  If you're a 'believer', Lord help us..............................marge

Can we please let going to the bathroom rest in Peace?

It doesn't matter what position we use to  urinate.  Its all for the same purpose, no more, no less.  They have doors on most bathroom stalls.  You want privacy?  Shut the door and lock it.  May I suggest counseling for those who can't handle it.  You, sadly, are the ones with the problem..................marge

For those who aren't quite sure what a 'Bully' is or if you've ever been bullied, today, you may have your answer.  It is (no matter where you are in the US) yes.  A big YES!  Little did we recognize how almost invisible a bully can be.  This time however, its a name we should all recognize.    DONALD TRUMP.  Now that you know for sure, its time to do something about it.  The POWER is now back in YOUR hands!  USE IT!!...................marge

Shameful Michigan Legislators

To all you Michigan Legislators who continually stall in aiding Detroit Public Schools.  I hope all your names get listed when you seek reelection.  Then I hope the voters make sure you don't get reelected.  Maybe its time you weren't so secure with your income and know what it feels like to be unsure of your next pay check, even though you've earned it and those Detroit teachers have.  As for our illustrious Governor, so much for nothing....................marge
