I don't know what I wasn't thinking these past few months. Every Monday through Friday There are red alert news flashes. Those serious newscasters, especially MSNBC and CNN are right there for their hourly warnings. But wait! It's Friday night and the weekend has started. All is calm. No interruptions or any warnings of any kind. Its boggles the mind how suddenly, for about 48 hours, the world is at peace. Perhaps Trump could write an executive order making it Saturday and Sunday seven days a week. He can do it with his magic pen and then show it to us all while sitting at his desk with all the Trump supporters smilingly standing behind him. Problem solved! I feel better now..........................marge

Congress did it right.

I'm so proud of the three Republicans who voted with their hearts and heads.  Tonight, the U.S. Congress defeated the attempt to repeal Obama Care and failed.  49-51.  Close but that only counts in horseshoes.  Trump's attempt to cause chaos the last couple of days with his ever ready monkey wrenches, didn't work.  I'm proud of you Congress. I know its going to a rough road ahead but I think you all will be up to the task.  Thank You.............................marge

The psychiatric description of Trump says it all.  To you ultra conservative Senators who accept him.  You have and are selling your soul to the Devil, that is if you truly believe your ultra convictions.  What do you tell your children?  Daddy or Mommy want to save their lifetime pensions and healthcare?   So you say one little sin surely won't send me to hell?  If you are a believer, don't be too sure.  Those of us who try to be good people, yes, even some Christians, cannot in anyway comprehend how you mind (and I use the term loosely) works.  To call it a quandary is probably too simple an explanation...........................marge

I may be repeating myself but

 People must hear this again and again and soon.  Do you Senators love your guaranteed lifetime incomes for you and all your family more than the survival as we know it today of the United States and all our allies?  If you support Trump and all the ultra Conservative  Republicans there will be no history written of this catastrophic time in our Democracy.  It won't be allowed by the government.  This will be what you caused by your selfishness, total lack of integrity (courage) and not standing up straight with a strong spine.  Your lack of 'backbone' will finish us off.  Think long and hard about the choice you are about to make.......................marge

Trump's in love

I should have known much earlier.  Why would  the 'President' go to so many places where the people in these countries would then riot.  (Excepting Poland of course.)  Many lives are threatened by the mass chaotic violence when he shows up.  Then I realized.  He has always wanted to see how many millions of people would react to his presence.  Good or bad.  Didn't matter.  Just as long as he could actually see it.  He is sadist of the worst kind.  No matter how or why, he has to have his name out there on a daily basis.  If we could just get ALL the media stations to ignore him for two days, then all the good people could come out and cheer and the police could go about their normal duties.  I know.  Wishful thinking on my part..................marge
